Here’s a sneak peak of what’s happening this term!

Term Card

Most events run on Tuesdays at 6:30pm in Brasenose College.

This term we’ll be running a mix of:

• Socials: including a Welcome (Back) Social and an End of Term Dinner

• Member project spotlights: what people in the community are actually working on

• Critical discussions: on topics like animal welfare vs animal rights, RCT-based development, and AI safety

• Lightning talks & external speakers: including sessions on AI for good, longtermism, and The Humane League’s theory of change

• Conference prep: how to get into and make the most of EAG London

We’ll share details for each event closer to the time.

Welcome (Back) Social!

After an incredible EAGx Amsterdam, we’re excited to welcome you back with a relaxed social to kick off 2026. We’ll start with some short speed-friending to make it easier to meet people, then settle in for a free, low-key dinner.

New to EA Oxford? No problem; we’ll give a very brief intro at the start, and you’re welcome to just drop in and see what it’s like.
